Silk gold envelope format and silk gold envelope writing method

admintase

Most of the money is placed in a gold envelope first, so you need a white envelope (available in all funeral homes)

Sample format of silk gold envelope: Address to the sender’s name + Respect (because the host needs to know who sent the silk gold in order to send a letter of auspiciousness to the sender)

Note: If the descendant is a junior, use: the name of the person giving the gift + the last name

Common format for silk gold envelopes:

Is there a fair price for silk and gold?

  1. There is no fair price for silk gold. The amount of silk gold should be generous and frugal, but it cannot be replenished later.
  2. The gold and silver codes must be in odd numbers (very important)! Silk gold cannot be an integer, and one yuan must be added, such as 301, 501, 1001...
  3. Must use cash, no gift cards or discount cards
  4. Never use a red envelope or the like, it’s best to use a white envelope

Note: Why do silk gold use odd numbers? Traditionally, an extra one-yuan coin is added to the integer silver code of silk gold for two reasons. One is the silver code ending with "zero one", which means "only once". Secondly, if the silk gold and silver code given by relatives and friends is an integer, after subtracting one yuan in the auspicious ceremony, the mantissa will be nine, which has the metaphor of "longevity". No one wants a white matter to last forever, so one dollar of silk gold must be added to the integer silver code. When the giver receives the auspicious ceremony and receives the inner dollar, it will not end with the word nine.
